Step 2 - Site Inspection
The second step is a site inspection. If the project is still in early stages, this can be delayed but we always recommend finalizing the lighting design before structural work is complete. This allows for greater creative freedom and ensures the design is fully integrated from the start.
Step 3 - Initial Proposal
After meeting with you, understanding your needs, and studying the site conditions, we're ready to present the initial proposal. This typically includes a detailed 2D layout showing the placement and specifications of the luminaires carefully considered in relation to furniture, finishes, materials, ceiling styles, and overall site context.
Step 4 - Design Review
After sharing the initial proposal, we meet again for a detailed design review. Depending on the project's complexity, this may take place over multiple sessions. During these meetings, we carefully go through every detail refining the placement and selection of each light fixture to deliver a final design that’s fully tailored to your vision and needs.
Step 5 - Detailed Design
At this stage, we refine the technical aspects of your lighting design. Our team determines the control circuits and selects the most suitable lighting control system, whether it's DALI, phase dimming, or another advanced solution.
We also finalize the exact models and shapes of luminaires, ensuring they align with both the design vision and functional requirements of your space. This step ensures a seamless integration of lighting technology, delivering optimal ambiance, efficiency, and user experience.
Step 6 - Design Finalization
In this final stage, we incorporate any revisions you've requested to ensure the lighting design aligns perfectly with your vision. Once finalized, we create comprehensive concept documents detailing the lighting layout, specifications, and control systems.
Along with the concept documents, we will also provide you with an offer to supply the necessary lighting materials. This ensures that the selected luminaires, control systems, and components meet the highest quality standards and are sourced seamlessly for your project.
With everything in place, the build-out of your new lighting design can begin, bringing your private resort to life with precision and elegance.
