Gulf Lights Tr. Co. LLC ("we", "our", or "us") values your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and share your information, particularly when you interact with us through LinkedIn Lead Generation Forms or similar digital channels.
By submitting your information via LinkedIn or any associated forms, you consent to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.
1. Ownership of Goods
All quoted products remain the sole property of Gulf Lights Tr. Co. LLC until full payment is received and confirmed.
2. Unit Pricing
Unit prices are based on the quoted quantity and are subject to change if the quantity ordered differs.
3. Delivery Terms
Delivery timelines commence from the date of confirmed payment. Delays in payment may result in revised delivery schedules.
4. Offer Validity
Any quotation is valid for a period of 7 days from the issue date.
5. Warranty
Warranty terms shall follow Gulf Lights' standard warranty certificate.
6. Returns & Refunds (Standard Items)
Returns and credit refunds are accepted within 30 days from the date of purchase, provided the material is returned in brand-new condition. Original invoice is mandatory at the time of return.
7. Returns & Refunds (Custom Orders)
No returns or refunds are accepted for:
1. Custom-order light fittings
2. Custom-painted fittings
8. Courier Charges
Courier deliveries will incur an additional charge based on the total weight of the shipment.
9. Installation
Material installation is not included unless officially agreed upon in writing.
10. Bank Charges
Any additional bank charges are to be borne by the client.
11. Warehouse Holding Charges
An additional storage fee may apply if materials are held in Gulf Lights' warehouse for more than 15 days after readiness for delivery.
12. Inventory & Availability
Stock levels are subject to daily changes. Clients are responsible for confirming item availability prior to placing an order.
13. Payment Terms
100% upon confirmation via Credit Card or Cash
100% prior to delivery by Bank Transfer or Cheque
14. Order Cancellation Policy
Non-stock or custom items cannot be canceled once the quotation is approved and payment is made (either fully or partially). Stock item cancellations must be requested within 30 days of quotation approval and will result in a credit note against the invoice, valid for six months from the date of issue.
15. Third Party Couriers
Gulf Lights is not liable for any loss or damage to goods transported via third-party courier services.
